Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not ecstatic about your items, please reach out to us at care@alissi.co. 

We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit. If you wish to return, you must contact us within 10 days of your delivery. Sadly, we cannot accept returns if you do not contact us prior and within this time range. 

Please return the item as it was delivered to you, in it's own packing bag. Each piece comes with its own sari packing bag and will need to be returned in the packing bag. Failure to do this may end up in a rejection of a return. Any items that look to have been worn, missing tags or otherwise used will not be eligible for a return.
